HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!!!!
Off again on another “Road Trip Adventure”! This time, it’s just Rich and I and my sister Barb. We are planning to travel in a big circle through Southern Calif, east through Arizona and New Mexico, north to Colorado and back through Utah and Nevada.
Our first stop was to be in Needles, CA, so we decided to leave a day early in order to split the drive into two more manageable days. We spent our first night at Harris Ranch, or should I say morning (ha ha ha). Our pack up day was going all according to plan, except for the fact we were running a consistent 3 hours behind schedule with each step through the check list. Oh well, it all got done, we didn’t rush, and we headed out by 10:00pm. Rich wanted to avoid leaving in the height of the commute traffic, so it all worked out well! We pulled into the parking lot a little after 1am. Humm, seems to be a tradition here at Harris Ranch, no one set their alarm for an early call the next day J
